You will be assigned a designated surgical concierge who will handle everything for you, including transportation and hotel accommodations, if necessary. When you arrive at the Institute, you will find the check-in procedure efficient and welcoming. Your surgical concierge will be there to greet you and will take care of all the details. She will even stay with you throughout to make the entire process seamless from scheduling your consult, to escorting you to our radiology department and making sure that you have everything you need up until surgery and as you recover in our VIP area.
